For First-Time Patients

Gently supporting your concerns

When you become unwell while living abroad, you may wonder:
“Where should I go for help?”
“Will my concerns really be understood?”

Many people view this page while carrying such worries.
At Kizuna Clinic, we value medical care that supports not only symptoms, but also the feelings behind them.

To help first-time patients feel at ease, we explain the consultation process below.

Consultation Process

Even if you are unsure whether a visit is necessary, or wonder if it is okay to ask a small question, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email and share your current situation.

STEP
1

Upon arrival, our reception staff will welcome you and assist you in Japanese or English.
We guide you carefully step by step so that first-time patients do not feel confused.

STEP

During the consultation, we take time to listen not only to your symptoms, but also to:

  • When you first noticed the issue
  • Any difficulties you experience in daily life

Please feel free to share any concerns or questions.

STEP

After the consultation, we explain the treatment plan and future outlook in clear terms.
We value ensuring that you leave knowing what to do next.
